The more I think about it, the more it becomes relevant. A method of brainwashing yourself is to keep telling yourself you're something until you actually DO become it.
People will never find out where they exceed expectations if they don't put forth an effort or at least try. An effort to dabble in a variety of things would let you know what you're good at. Music, video games, dancing, astrophysics... who would think that a 14 year old girl would find the cure for cancer? There's endless possibilities. And if you don't succeed at one thing, try another.
Your life is insignificant so you shouldn't worry about social constructs that bring you down. Guilt is not real. You shouldn't be able to feel sorry for yourself because life is long enough that you'll just forget about it and besides, it leaves such a small impact on your life. Whats 30 seconds of embarrassment to 80 years of being ALIVE and doing what you want to do?
